Just remember to hold them the right way up so the steam escapes away from your head else ouch. One minor niggle is they sometimes fall over when not in use eg when heating up, when brushing hair mid straighten or when sorting out and letting down your sectioning clips. Right now, as odd as this sounds, my mavtiotion is Crossfit. I was relatively new to cross fit (2 months of consistent work) and was seeing amazing results. It was to the point where I looked forward to my hour of fun every day and found myself on Fridays wanting to go but almost holding back because I knew I needed the rest and recovery so I could hammer it again the next week. The feeling of getting back into shape, seeing results, experiencing what a good diet felt like for probably the first time in my life, the whole deal. Then I got hurt. What I"ve found since that happened (exactly 2 weeks ago) is I really miss coming to the gym. I miss being able to help out at home as I"m on crutches and feel pretty useless. I miss being self sufficient. My injury has a potential to take 10-12 months before I"m back to where I was just 2 weeks ago and I want to start PT NOW, I want to get back at it NOW, i get jealous when my wife tells me about how she did on todays WOD and hearing how happy she sounds about going to the gym, the people, the community. So, really, everyone that I have met and gotten know at WCF have really gone a long way to towards motivating me and keeping me focused so that, hopefully, my recovery time is on the short side rather than the long.
